I received a test notification. Why can't I see it on my dashboard?

Most of our tests are completed on a first-come-first-serve basis. At the same time, a couple of our testers get a notification about new testing opportunities, so it may have been taken from another tester by the time you logged in.

We suggest that you try to start a test as soon as possible after you've received a notification.
