If you've received a notification from us confirming that your example test has been approved, your account is all set and ready to go.

Test availability depends on the demand from our clients, and there may be weeks when no new testing opportunities arise.

Rest assured, there are no issues with your account. If there’s ever a problem with a recording you’ve submitted, we’ll contact you directly after you upload your test.
