After you submit a test with Userbrain, payment is not immediate. Several steps must be completed before you receive your payout via PayPal.
There is no fixed payout schedule. Payments are only processed after you request a payout, once your tests are approved and the pending period has passed.

Submit your test
Upload your test recording through the Userbrain recorder.

Test review and approval
Your test enters a review queue. For new testers, this step may take extra time due to high demand. You cannot request payment until your test is approved.

Pending period
Once approved, your test is pending for 7 days. If not rejected during this time, it becomes eligible for payout.

Request your payout
After the 7-day pending period, you can request payment from your dashboard if you have the minimum balance.

Payout processing
Payouts are processed in chronological order. Payment typically takes 2-5 business days to appear in your PayPal account after your request.
