Why can't I upload my test?

If you have troubles with uploading a video, please check if you meet all the following requirements:

  • Make sure you're on a good internet connection - switch from a wireless to a wired connection if possible.

  • Your firewall might be blocking the upload. Try to disable the firewall temporarily, or give an exemption to Userbrain.

  • Your antivirus software might also be blocking the upload. Try to disable your antivirus software temporarily, or give an exemption to Userbrain

  • Close all other running applications and restart the Browser, iOS app or Android app.
