Troubleshooting

If you have troubles with uploading a video, please check if you meet all the following requirements:
Make sure you're on a good internet connection - switch from a wireless to a wired connection if possible.
Your firewall might be blocking the upload. Try to disable the firewall temporarily, or give an exemption to Userbrain.
Your antivirus software might also be blocking the upload. Try to disable your antivirus software temporarily, or give an exemption to Userbrain
Close all other running applications and restart the Browser, iOS app or Android app.
