If you have encountered the error message: "Error: An error has occurred: 401" like in the below screenshot, we do apologize for the inconvenience caused.
How to resolve this error:
- Please click the ⚙️ (Settings) icon in your browser extension
- Logout of your Userbrain account
- Log back into your Userbrain account via our extension
By logging out and back in, the 401 error is resolved and you may continue testing.
