How to Resolve "Error: 401"

Your browser extension might display the message "Error: An error has occurred: 401." Here's how to fix it!

If you have encountered the error message: "Error: An error has occurred: 401" like in the below screenshot, we do apologize for the inconvenience caused.

How to resolve this error:

  1. Please click the ⚙️ (Settings) icon in your browser extension

  2. Logout of your Userbrain account

  3. Log back into your Userbrain account via our extension

By logging out and back in, the 401 error is resolved and you may continue testing.
