To ensure security, Userbrain requires mobile phone SMS verification when signing up.

How It Works

  1. Enter your mobile number when signing up.

  2. Check your SMS messages for a verification code from Userbrain.

  3. Enter the code in the sign-up form to complete verification.

Troubleshooting Tips

  • Didn’t receive the SMS code?

    • Double check for typos in your phone number.

    • Wait 1–2 hours before requesting a new SMS verification code, as there may be a delay.

    • Ensure your phone has signal and can receive SMS messages.
