  • What iOS version do you have?
  • What version number of our app do you have?
  • What was the test about?
  • Did you pause the test or lock your screen (manually or by being called)? If so, only once or multiple times?
  • How much storage do you have left on your device? (Settings > General > iPhone Storage | Settings > General > iPad Storage)

Also, could you send us any crash reports related to Userbrain if your phone generated any?

  1. Go to "Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements > Analytics Data"
  2. Search for "userbrain"
  3. If there is a report from within the last few days, such as "Userbrain-2022-12-05-...." please click it
  4. Then use the share button (top right corner) to send us the file at
